I am sorry i don't speak german , i found this car ( no papers ) , i can buy it with 2 000 euro , but no1 have any idea what car is it , can you help ?

Where did you find that car?
If it isn't a really rare one 2000€ would be a 'little' disproportionate!

Is, at least, anything working in that rusty thing?

I found it in Rumanien , the ownder have no ideea what car is that he found it at he's grandmother place . I did not saw the car in person ( 450 km away from me ) . it has a fiat engine inside but no1 can tell if is original engine or not ....... this is why i asked what car is that to make a ideea how much should i give for it . from pictures it looks like a good restauration basis . i want a oldtimer , and i will buy one pretty soon. next week i plan i trip to nederland , i will cross germany , will have time to visit some oldtimers for sale at resonable price .

For the car I would like to recommend You to check the early/1938 Skoda Popular Typ.927-4dr.sedan

As engines it starts with 995ccm, later the model gets a 1.089ccm-one.
To place an similar Fiat-engine as a replace for a missed original will be possible.

Thank you for answers , it was very helpfull and it maked me a clear ideea of the situation , I guess i will pass this car because of the price, inside it has a fiat engine not working ( cannot check how engine is ) .
I will look more for a classic car and i will ask for advices here .

If you are interestet ,i could offer you a 1930 Citroen C4F Commerciale , i found the car about 15 years in original and running condition , but i was not interestet and bought a AC4 familiale instead. The Comerciale got another owner , who lost his interest after few years ,so i bought this too.
The car is mostly in parts , i think the engine made new or is ok and painted new. ( i had to ask the kast owner). I think,it is 99 % complete. Spareparts are absolutely no problem ,about 1930 only the Ford A was produced more often.
My home and the car is near Hannover.
